Quitting is not easy. It's one of the hardest things that I've ever done in my life. It's also been one of the best things I've done. You don't have to do it alone. Personally I find I need a lot of support, so I go to AA. I also went through an outpatient treatment centre at a local hospital that helped me get stopped.

I don't know if you've tried AA, but if not - give them a call, they're just about everywhere and they can be an incredible support group.
