I have been suffering from depression and axiety for about 12 years. I too recently went into therapy and began taking meds for my illness. I also have OCD. It can be quite frustrating when ppl dont understand what your going through. I have always found it very easy to express myself here in the forums rather then in my own personal life. I feel like everyone here really gets me and understand exactly how lonley and agonizing dealing with day to day life is. I find this is an excellent place to gather advice and comfort when needed. I really have never experienced anything like it. It has helped me tremendously and I am sure it will help you as well.
