How do you mean wrong? I don't feel like it can be considered morally wrong just to know something. But if you mean does it mean that something is wrong, well suicidal ideation is not a good sign, even when you don't want to act on it. It's a sign of depression, and probably an indicator that you should talk to somebody about it. But it doesn't mean that you would do it.
