I have symptoms of a lot of those, the only things I've been diagnosed with by my good for nothing shrink was depression, BPD, and she was trying for ADHD too.
You can have a lot of different symptoms, and while you know yourself best a psych would know the disorders best, so it's best to be diagnosed by a psych, self diagnoses aren't the best thing. The labels aren't important, whether you've been diagnoses with depression or not, you could have it. You know what I mean? It's kind of looking like you could have them, but then again you never know. There's a lot more to them then they make available on the www.
A mental problem, to me, is something that puts your life on hold, and or causes you distress. If the symptoms you describe do that, then yes. I think so. And I'm not going to tread on the land of helping you label what's wrong, I will advise you that help will help. You want to get better, that's great, cos it's going to take work in therapy to get there. And you're going to feel better afterwards.
Tell the psych what you put here, or you could even print it out and give it to them. Welcome to the boards. ^_^ I hope you find the help and support here you seek in suppliment to what you will hopefully get when seeing a T.
Oh, by the way. You're skinny, that's cute on guys. :P I think it is, so don't short change yourself, you seem like a good guy. ^_^
