Daughter had her biopsy today. Will have to wait a week for the results...next Thursday afternoon. *sigh* Another long week of waiting....lord I hate this.

The biopsy itself went well...they had trouble getting an IV started as daughter has small, rolling veins. It took 2 tries. I guess it could have been worse.

Then, it took 2 doctors to get the breathing tube in her throat for the surgery. The doctor told me that if she ever goes for more surgery to let the anesthesiologist know it's a difficult task.

She's home resting comfortably right now. Tomorrow I imagine she will be more uncomfortable...but she's got some good liquid painkiller to take.

Hope I can sleep tonight and the next night and the next night...and on and on...............................................................................
