I had lots of trouble when I started Wellbutrin... I got dizzy easily and felt so fuzzy and yet... wired. Like I'd had 20 cups of coffee. I was working in a lab at the time and I had to do everything incredibly slowly because my hands shook. I also had to drug myself to sleep for a week--otherwise I'd just starte at the ceiling. But Wellbutrin worked SO much better for me than Celexa (equivilant to lexapro) and the results were dramatic. It was like waking up for the first time in months. And yes, there are side effects from coming off your old drug, but that particular one isn't as bad as most, from what I've heard. So if this lasts a long time, get off of it, but for now do the best you can to get through the first week or two. I know it sucks, and it seems like nothing good can come out of something that makes you feel this screwy... but if it ends up working for you, it will be so worth it.
Thanks for this!
