lolol well I never expected to be asked that lol.

A Centaur is a mythical creature, half man, half horse, in Greek mythology. Other writers have borrowed them as well though. They are mentioned in the Harry Potter series of books and in the Narnia series by C.S. Lewis, which is where I got the quote from. Here are a couple of pictures of somebody's design of one:
