I can see how upset you are, I'm very sorry you lost some of the integration that you had. Re- shattering must be awful and scary. I am not aware if I ever went through anything like that, I did split many times over and had some parts who's job was to generate parts to keep me and T from getting to the real areas that needed help.

Please do not let this bowl you over. You have gotten healing before and you can again. Vent all you need to, I will listen as best I can. I know my situation with DID brings up all kinds of emotions and some confusion too.
