That's wonderful you are feeling good right now. My mood has been better 'cos it's sunny & warm, finally!
As for work, what we always had was a pact, Keep the job, keep the body moving, was the chant. I don't know how aware you are of your alters. If you could make a pact, a compromise maybe. I also don't know where you work or what you do. I had working at a printing comp. in the factory area so there were a lot of times I was just alone. If you work w/ others, that would be harder.
