I think admitting you are having a hard time is a good place to start. Maybe looking back at posts where you've started positives about yourself.

I still think its a good idea to print your list out and put it in places you can see it. On the fridge...on the tv...on the bathroom mirror... in the car. EVERYWHERE. Hope that helps.
