No way are you worthless. That person who made you feel so bad may have made you believe that but you shouldn't and I don't.

I read your thoughts and encouragment you give to people. You have sent me hugs, understanding and well wishes and it meant alot to me.

You put up a post just to give some of the quiet ones a hug. How thoughtful was that? Incredibly. Did you see how many of the quiet ones responded and do you know how many you touched even though they didn't. Even some of the loud ones asked if they could have some too!!

I read your poems and all are nice but some touch me, really make me feel like you know how I feel.

Those are just 3 things I have noticed in the past couple days that tell me and show me you are NOT worthless. You have a beautiful spirit and a loving heart.

Please don't give up, I know it's hard cause sometimes I really want to too but we gotta fight. I need help and so do you. We can get alot of that here.
