I'm sorry you're feeling alone and depressed.
I wonder if it might help you feel better to begin making plans to find another therapist there. Maybe look up the insurance information you need, or look in the phone book to find one nearby.
Do you have friends back home, where you moved from, that you might call and say hello to for a few minutes? I was feeling frantic yesterday when a friend called and it just changed my whole day, made me calmer. Maybe she needed me, and that's why she called. I don't know but I am sure glad she called just to say hi.
