I no a lot of times I use ice to help from switching as well. I get hot and I can't stand being hot and I switch. It's one of those things with the waves of emotion you get and can't stand. I know the longer I put off hurting myself the less likely I'm am to do anything. I also have a no harm contract with my T. Which helps tons. I have a list of support #'s on it I can call to help me out when it gets to bad. But sometimes I can't physically speak during these times. Ya know how hard it is to cry sometimes. I always think I have to be strong and not let those around me know I'm having a hard time.
I Need to learn how to get it out.
