THIS IS AN AWESOME AND WONDERFUL LIST!!!!! I had to think hard to come up with something to add, whew, I'm glad I came up with something or I would have obsessed on it...ok not really. I'm just being competitive.
. Make a Gratitude List: anything you can be grateful for. post it where you can see it. repeat daily until you feel better and then continue.
. Look on PC forum site, find someone who feels worse than you and email them a helpful answer or consoling remarks.
. Volunteer somewhere, helping someone else helps you.
. Give something to someone else just because you can.
. Bake something and share the goodies.
. Do something nice for someone else and DON'T get caught. this is really fun!
I've tried all of these and can guarantee they are wonderful and really work.
