I don't know with absolute certainty, but I would have to say that I don't think this is possible. Without getting too detailed, I'll just say that blood can not pass through the cells making up the tissues of the epidermal system (skin); the way the cells are constructed and work together do not allow it, there has to be some kind of opening in both the epidermis AND whatever type of blood vessel is involved. Even in hemorrhagic illness (ex: ebola), the blood must find an opening.
