I was on Lamictal for a year when I was first DX'd. It worked well for me. Didn't turn me into a zombie and I was able to focus better. I'm not on Abilify due to no more samples of Lamictal and no health ins to even afford the generic. I love the level of energy I have with Abilify and it helps with my irritability. All meds work different with everyone. It's all about getting the right one and the right dosage. Hope you can get on something that makes you feel better and that your're comfortable taking.
