((((((((((Hugs))))))))))) and many thanks to all of he support and advise on my cat. It has been a week now since I took her off dry and now she seems to have adjusted to her dry cat food pretty well. She has eaten over 3/4 of a 3 pound bag since I switched her. she weighs 14.5 pounds since her last vet visit.

I think she is pretty much over it now. She really does not like change I cant quite balme her. I adopted her from the Humane Shelter last October 2004. I have never had a pet of my own and is all new to me.

she likes for me to brush her once a day and then when I am finished she gets some treats. I have also gave in and let her spend time as she sees fit in her bedroom. which is 'her' bedroom. I am not able to sleep in my bed due to my chronic pain and neurological conition and have not done so since i adopted her. So now she has the one bedroom and the double bed to herself, and lol, once i went in there to lay down on my bed, and she came in and got up there and looked at me so silly and pissed as she has caimed the entire bed as hers. She just sat there and looked at me like saying "when did I say you could lay in MY bed, and she couldnt figure it out.

I sleep in the living dining area and she has the bed in the bedroom and I have the living dining room. to be honest she is really a good cat and I do love her.

I switched her to dry because of my unprectabnle sleep schedule and that way she does not be hungry when I am not able to wake up when she is hungry.

Thanks again, I have alot to learn about her. I know she hates the fact I smoke cigarettes and the quickest way for her off my lap is to light a cigarette, it must bother her or allergic.

Have a good today and your kitty's too-Chris
