Check with your county Social Service program for mental health. All counties have services for couseling at a free or reduced rate. I currently seek services through my county and I can tell you that they have some of the best services I have seen. Just a thought. I know how insurance can be difficult. That is why I go through the county for my mental health services as my insurance that my husband pays $325.00 a month for is crappy. I have to pay out of pocket for my services but I feel this is worth it in the long run.
