Hi inside

I'm sorry you can't sleep. It's the pits. I was up all last night. I managed 1 hour as I have done for the last 2 weeks. It afternoon here and I am a little nervous about tonight. No sleep means inpatient for me. I do not respond to med's at all. My psychiatrist said he has exhausted his options and will have to seek advice. Because I'm not psychotic he will not use certain med's. Man do they sit and wait for you us to crap out before they do anything. At least I know I can last another 2 weeks before I become seriously sleep deprived. Hopefully I will be able to sort something before then. What do you do when you cant sleep?
