Hi Jinny, Yes I use to think I was trash too, but then I see babies in the shops with their mothers and think how could I have been trash? I think "Trash" happened to us and we made that part of us, but we are not trash....you sound as if something has triggered you, remember to breath and use this to tell yourself you are ok just as you are....
