I'm trying to do things for me... I keep trying to find a depression support group but I keep hitting brick walls, theyre all too far. I'm going to go to the doctors, I'm going to have to... I didn't want to but I need moe help. The social worker I see has suggested I ask to see a therapist, I've just been too scared. But, now I'm so depressed I've no time to be scared anymore
