Wow that's the most beautiful post! Everything you said and the colors. You must be a really positive person!
Just recently I visited another site very strong on self-help and using that Dr's techniques, I destroyed a trigger from my past. I posted about it, but had no responses. It was in PTSD. You'd think people would want to do destroy triggers for themselves. PTSD isn't any fun! No, I understand and their is just too much to work through to just go in one or two hours a week and too bad you didn't get any responses. I feel shut down by some and ignored by others when it comes to things not related to therapy on the boards here. It's a bit discouraging at times. I love to hear positive new ways of doing things.

I do a lot of gardening from my wheelchair. It's a plus in my book that I do it in a wheelchair.I give you credit for that. For me, it's therapy to get my hands in the dirt and mud, to see my nurturing pay off when flowers smile back at me, when droppy leaves perk up and especially when I harvest what little veggies I can grow in my postage stamp sized yard. Not to mention "putting up" said veggies and fruits. I also listen to Gospel music alot. The music itself is a pick-me-up and the truths in the words are invaluable. That whole paragraph is what got me, it's just beautiful the way you describe things especially the flowers. Keep me posted on ideas! Oh by the way, I just grew basil and sage in my windowsill. (no garden) but it is so so good to smell in the kitchen. I don't have a garden, wish I did.
