I haven't been with my family (that I love so dearly) for any extended period of time for the last 8 years save a miserable 6 month stay that almost bankrupted me. I used to love spending time with my family on the holidays. Now I'm so far away from them. It's Easter Sunday... the ex is at her mom's house... all of my family and friends are 1400 miles away in Texas... and I'll be spending yet another holiday alone. This SUX!!!
