Proven to be true...the depression/anxiety/self-esteem/stupidity has won. I've been under so much stress and so depressed, I screwed up at work. If you've any of my other posts recently you know how stressed at work I've been; I was supposed to go to one of our satellite offices this morning to enroll a patient in a study and I totally 100% forgot! I'm the administrator!! I can't make mistakes like this! I need to be able to focus and all I can focus on is that I'm an idiot!
