covering it up never worked long for me purple.. finding the right people to listen and care made the most significant difference for me... i wish it hadnt taken so long for me to learn what i needed to know.. caring people made the biggest difference tho... i hope you can begin to feel better soon, even if only little by little... i hope knowing that others have compassion for your pain helps in some way.. it mattered to me a lot to know i mattered... there have been some days recently i havent felt so positive but for me having hope and joy defeats the alternative... possibly some have less choice and that is truly unfortunate... i offer them my compassion, but of all things ive learned or known, not giving up is probably the simplest and most helpful tool i had ... wishing you the best always...
