You can do it!! You can beat the thoughts, they are strong but you are stronger!! just keep saying No! But don't forget...sometimes you should just allow yourself to eat...its okay to eat...its a natural thing. But focus your mind on other things if its just because of stress... focus on maybe what you are doing tomorrow or what nice thing you will do for yourself on the weekend to award yourself for not binging out of stress. good luck
