knows is hard but people r rithe hear..............u r stronger then the thoughts
much stronger......u can control the thoughts by distracting urself be it something as small as counting certain ( liek a certain color for example) objects in the room...........or if ur home now mybe a hobby or does not remember do have any pets? could enjoy their co. if you do.........point is cantstopcrying anything to get ur mind off of the thoughts that are controlling u until u can get control of them.also have u tried deep breathing? once u have practiced a few times is very helpful.............u can do this!!!!! and remember we r hear 4 u anytime
