It's funny you should bring this up. I used to have that problem but thankfully it has gone away on it's own. It got so bad, I didn't know what was reality and what was dreams, that's how real they were. I once dreamed I had a major fight with my sister on the phone and hung up on her. I avoided her for a whole week. I was convinced it was real, it felt so real. It wasn't, it was a dream. In the same week, I dreamed that I relayed a msg from one person to another. Never really happened, again a dream. I thought I was losing my mind. Those are just a couple of examples. It happened many times. It was very scary for me not knowing the difference between reality and my dreams. My dreams would be so real that I would actually argue with people that the events in my dreams actually took place, when in fact, none of them did, or so I was told. It was very disconcerning not knowing what was reality and what wasn't. Thankfully, this didn't last a very long time. I'm glad it's over. I hope you don't go through it for too long. I know how horrible it is to think your dreams are reality. Wishing you some good nights of sleep.
