I'm embarrased to admit it but I started to smoke again but have decided to quit again. I realized how stupid I was to start again. I am armed with my Nicorette gum this time and think that will help. Last time it was cold turkey and that didn't last too long. I see my surgeon in 14 days and I know that if he agrees to do my surgeries he will order a blood gas and if finds any trace that I have been smoking he will cancel my surgeries. So I am going to do it this time I am just sure of it.
