many people have tried to deter me from caring about humanity for some strange reason... many times i have heard i can only heal myself....

i only want peace for all so we can learn and grow together and become stronger in our love and care for this place we all share....

i pray each of you surround yourselves with all the love and kindness you have shown to so many others today ... with help we can each find our own truths and put them together in ways that help the whole of us... peace and love gives us the balance we need to shape and create our own environment in the healthiest way and gives us the power to help others as we help ourselves... may we be guided by kindness all of our days in all of our ways on this path to better health...
