tracy, yeah, i know each individual needs the dose that makes the lithium levels go to the "therapeutic level" in the blood. (sorry if it sounds a bit tacky, english was my second language ) for me 300 mg was too low, but 600 mg is just right.

i'm not sure what the deal with lamictal is, though, if the levels need to be monitored by blood tests or something.
