but i want to say that you're making strides. i want you to also know that you said and did what you felt what was best in this situation. that HAS to be ok for you whether it's ok for anyone else or not (btw, i'm not saying it's not ok for anyone else...just making my point).
honey, slow down and think about the past few days, and know that you did what you needed to do for you...and simply breathe the rest away. you've done good. move onto the next issue that needs your attn, whatever that might be.
