dear can't stop crying,
try to hang on babe. please remember that only you can save yourself. but we can hug you and hold your hand. you have to take that first baby step.
please don't beat yourself up even if you think you are wrong. he knew who he is getting involved with and these things happen to people all the time. I don't mean you that should just suck it up--not at all. but you will recover as a couple. try to visualize it first because that will help calm you and make it happen.
