it is a word that serves no one.
if you apply it to others or to yourself, it does not feel good.
now, if you re-langauge your word, to address the real feelings you have or the insecurities you feel, you might find you are getting further along in a different direction... just try it.
take words like 'hate myself' or 'hate' in general out of any equation.
see if you replace it with a word that opens up your mind and feelings, rather than closing them off, (which it does) ... then hope might take root quicker.
I have personally found that those who believe using the word and all it implies, or feels the absence of love (which it means), don't get relief from pain as easily as those who embrace relief and try to improve their self-image.
you are young ... and have a wonderful life ahead of you. I know you are suffering something, but taking at lest one step in a different direction can transform your life ... putting you in a place where you feel better!
just a suggestion.
try and smile too, it sets off our natural endorphins (painkiller) from our brain ... here's something..
peace and love, and like instead of the 'h' word.
