I live near Washington DC..............and the weather here is up and down. This year we got hit with a couple of tropical storms.......Now I gotta get ready for fall then winter......My depression does seem to get worse during the low light days of winter. I've heard of those sunlight banks for winter depression. If you get one will you keep me posted on how it works for you? I can't afford one, but maybe with a positive review......saving up for one could be a short time goal..........
