Hey Kimberley. Hope you r feeling better by this time. The feeling HATE is so destructive you know & is no good for you at all. Along with hate is anger which left dwelleth within you, those feelings can overcome you & make you really sick. What has this person done to you to make you feel that way about her?. Haven't been around psych central that long so don't know why. Am curious now but...Take care......
