Vett, I have no desire for you to not post anything here. It seems you have a lot to express and offer others.

You clearly need to go about your healing process your way.

Since I cannot understand what that way is, I am going to simply stay away from your posts from now on. I will read them from time to time, but I will not reply.

One lingering concern is about the healing process your ex girlfriend needs to go through, too. I hope you will put your needs aside and respect her decisions to do what is best for her.
