greygoose, i'm glad you're doing well.

with the digital thermometers, i leave them in even after the "beep" until it quits rising. if you'll notice when you leave it in, it will continue to rise after the beep. every one of mine has anyhow. i've found that to be quite accurate with the mercury ones...doing it that way.
