First off you're not stupid. Everyone makes choices about using for different reasons.

It's a huge first step to even think about how much you're using, and wonder if it's healthy, so good for you for asking the question.

Only you can decide if you have a problem, but one basic definition of addiction is continuing to use despite having problems associated with use. You've said yourself that the pot keeps you from feeling your emotions which you know you need to do in order to get better, so that may be a reason to cut back.

Personally I'd stay away from the perks - it's dangerous, it's illegal, (well so is pot but that's not as bad) and it's addictive as all hell.
