Maybe there are routine site functions being run then? IDK DocJohn usually has those run during the middle of the EDST night. Yet, I 'm sure he's still tweeking the site, and maybe it was at that time. You might see if it's happening at a regular time...

are you sure it isn't your computer running an update or installing something automatically? That's happened to me.
