I just want to say thank you to everyone who helped me the other night. Wether you gave me a hug, some advise, people to contact to get me through it... it all meant a lot to me

The crisis team were called out to see me and asked if they could take me to hospital, but I just can't do that so they've practically begged me to take meds and they're getting my doctor to talk to me about them more on Friday.
I'm still really, really struggling 'cause nothing much has changed... I think I may have to take the antidepressant.

So, yeh... thank you... 'cause I know I couldn't have got this far otherwise and right now I'm living life minute by minute.

Oh... I don't know whether this is possible, or wether I should just leave it... my username really upsets me. But I now I have to ask a mod to change it, do I do that? Should I? I might leave it for now, I'm not sure
