I know what it feels like to want to just be left alone. I have three children. When they get to arguing and carrying on it's often too much to take. After a long day at work the last thing I want to do is here *****ing and complaining. Some of the methods I use for relaxation are a nice long bubble bath. I turn the lights out and light the candles and just relax. No thoughts just me and the bubbles. This is very relaxing for me.
I also will go out in my back yard and sit on the love seat and stare at the flowers and at the sky. I love the shy. At night it is so clear and beautiful and so endless. Like possibilities in life. Just goes on and on and on. The stars are so bright. It really gets your mind off of things and very serene. But you have to remember, be alone when doing this. No distractions. Make a cup of hot tea and enjoy the wonderful world we live in. Sometimes, I think we all lose track of the natural beauty in life. Take time out and enjoy it.
