Woke up 4am in rivers of sweat; dreamt of some kid being tied up and left for hours, struggling to escape, a frantic wild thing, twisting and turning against the rope in the celing. then when she was free there was a voice - a young voice - saying "where's the cat?!" and the sense that the cat was dead. the girl searched frantically through the stuffed animals looking for the cat, knowing it was surely dead. then the sense and realization that the cat was in me. and woke up in that moment.

Can't get back to sleep - feel so small. lots of pain in upper arms and shoulders. every time i move, my shoulder goes out of joint. also have a sore throat and sinus pain, was losing my voice after i got home last night from T.
