i am only a student p, but compassion meditation can be performed whether active or seated... it can be done by any individual with a conscious being.. think about compassion.. what does it mean to you? let yourself feel it... breathe compassionately... the breathe is made of only compassion for you, for others, for all...

no action required but later you will feel invigorated and alive.. you will want to connect with others and feel compassionate....

by meditating you give energy to thought... thought gives energy to action..

by meditating deeply and consistently one may train the inner energy to be an aspect of the one whole....

just thoughts of a student.. love all..
