I have two children. They, eh, I can't talk about them. But son having problems.

I can't do baths... even showers are things you do to get clean and get out quick.
But, I will try the back yard one of these evenings. I am a scaredy cat of the dark, my room is the only semi-safe place I have. But, I will try it and the tea. Thank you so much for your suggestions. I didn't think you were rambling.
