Is parinoia common to PTSD?

I get really pariond anymore about certain things...
ever since I had repressed memories of sexual abuse resurface.
I am pariond of men, and touch...
if someone touchs me here latley like a pat on the back or a handshake I freak out, jump or Pip starts growling inside (Pip is one of my alts).

been having all sorts of crazy dreams and flashbacks..I'm all out of whack...
I'm so pariond that everyone is going to hurt me, or do bad things to me...
it's so silly but it's screwing up my day to day life...espically school...

just wanted to know if this was common or nto...
sorry cna't keep focus or grounded to continure....
