Best friend......talk to her & let her know you know......but you also have to let her parents know.....because she needs help. We can't sit back & be silent when someone is hurting. The problem is also that this can really end up being fatal......even though the chances are slim....usually the damage is much less, but there is the chance & one can not take chances like that......it isn't just a silly little problem that will go away...it usually only gets worse, so now is the time to really be your best friends true friend
