I had urges yesterday a lot. You know how it is when you're looking for a good excuse? Yeah that was me. I managed to resist, but today after I got out of the shower I noticed a scratch on me that, although not very deep, was as straight as a cut with a razor. And bleeding just a little. It looked too much like si, and now I am wanting more. Wanting to do some on purpose now.

Doesn't help that I'm feeling cruddy....
