eskielover...im not sure what you mean but the damage with bulimia is not much less, a lot of people go through soo many severe medical problems because of it.
kate... my advice would also be to confront her that you know, and support her by telling her that you'll be there for her, and tell her not to feel ashamed because many people do when they go through this. I personally would not to tell her parents, but encourage her to get help in other ways, otherwise find help for her if she can't do it herself. Your friend will die, if this does not stop.
It might be hard for you to tell someone and feel like you went against her wishes, but in the end she will thank you for it. No one deserves to suffer alone, and from what I hear, its really not easy to recover fully without professional help. good luck
