Sorry- but I have to get this off my chest. WARNING: May Trigger

I usually post in bipolar and am on various meds for it.

I used to get these horrible bouts of illeitis- infection of the last bit of my small intestine. So bad, that I rated the pain worse than any of my 3 labors- even at a 10 last time. I'll spare the details, but needless to say they would give me anti-nausea stuff and morphine. This went on several times a year for a couple years- even once a week for a bit.

The last time was Dec. 2007 and for pain after I was at home, they gave me 5 oxycontins. I took one a day, but even after one day, I held on to them like food in the wilderness. I'd think "What's so bad about this?" but then it would wear off and I'd itch like crazy.

Now that I'm having more issues with my bipolar, I'd love to have those 5 pills back- minus the itching. Nevermind that my social worker asked today if was taking any "drugs" because I can't stop itching! This itching is different, though. And no, I've only been taking my scripts.
